I have been using CSnotepad for a while now and my only concern is why I didn’t use them earlier. Having just had two weeks away on holiday they handled all the calls and emailed plus at my request sent text messages to my mobile so I always knew what was going. If you run a small business, you should give them a try.

Before using CSnotepad I had experience of their larger competitors but due to their size I always felt like I was dealign with a call centre and therefore so would my clients as they couldn’t give the the same local personal touch these guys can give. 10/10 and thoroughly recommend to others.

Provide us with an answering service that enables us to be always accessible to the public in spite of being a volunteer organisation run part-time. Prompt response when scripts need tweaking and if we need to query a message that’s been taken. Occasional blips with straying from the script or inaccuracy of message taking but always swiftly resolved.
