I have been using CSnotepad for over 4 years and can’t recommend them enough. There customer service is great, have proven to be super flexible to adapt to changes with my requirements and super friendly. Before using CSnotepad I had experience of their larger competitors but due to their size I always felt like I was dealign with a call centre and therefore so would my clients as they couldn’t give the the same local personal touch these guys can give. 10/10 and thoroughly recommend to others.

Delivered on exactly what they said they would, flexible subscription options & found the manager there a pleasant guy to deal with. Perfect for small to mid companies who are growing, or need that in house presence when away from the office. I even had a couple of compliments from my customers saying how impressed they were with the service & how we should run a call centre!

Without a shadow of a doubt the best service I have used. Not only are they professional but they are remarkably pragmatic too. If something is slightly outside the norm they will soon find a solution. When it comes to day-to-day work it is smooth and effortless. It take the hassle away from me and makes my life easier. I have been using CSnotepad for a while now and my only concern is why I didn’t use them earlier. Having just had two weeks away on holiday they handled all the calls and emailed plus at my request sent text messages to my mobile so I always knew what was going.
