Your service comes with a 30 day trial period, so that you can make sure it’s right for you.

No, we don’t offer a free trial of our Telephone Answering service.

Providing there are no unexpected delays we will have your account setup within 48 hours. If you require order taking or support ticket logging we will aim to have your account setup within 72 hours.

You can set your service up online or over the phone, whichever you prefer.

Your scriptwriter will discuss this with you when setting your service up, and your team will then undergo specific training on your account so that to your customers’ we sound just like one of your in-house team.

Yes… it’s usually hidden behind your existing telephone number, but if you want a customer facing number then we can provide you with any 01/02/08 or 07 number you’d like.

Your scriptwriter will talk you through all of the different options available and make sure that you know exactly how to divert your calls.

You pay for your call plan monthly in advance and any calls over your plan monthly in arrears. Payment can be made via debit or credit card, Direct Debit or Bank Transfer.

During the first 30 days you can stop your service at any time. After your first 30 days it’s just 2 months notice to stop your service.

Yes. You automatically get 2 months free when you upgrade to our yearly service, which works out to almost an 18% discount.

Yes, if you’re a UK registered charity you’ll automatically get 10% off the cost of your service with us.

Each of our call plans comes with minutes included. The larger the call plan the larger the number of inclusive minutes. If you exceed your inclusive minutes in the month then you will be charged our PAYG rate of £1.02 a minute.
