I’ve really found CS to be a vital service to us, particularly in the early days of our business. Their staff are super professional, messages are accurate and I’ve found their pricing reasonable, but haven’t felt the need to look for alternatives.

Provide us with an answering service that enables us to be always accessible to the public in spite of being a volunteer organisation run part-time. Prompt response when scripts need tweaking and if we need to query a message that’s been taken. Occasional blips with straying from the script or inaccuracy of message taking but always swiftly resolved.

I have been using CSnotepad for a while now and my only concern is why I didn’t use them earlier. Having just had two weeks away on holiday they handled all the calls and emailed plus at my request sent text messages to my mobile so I always knew what was going.
