We tailor our services to meet the needs of each and every business we support, we never expect your needs to fit into a pre-defined template, we know that when it comes to business support one size really doesn’t fit all.

Our account managers work with you to fully understand the challenges you’re facing, and how best our services can support you, and our out of hours service is no different!

At CSnotepad, not only do we not expect your business to fit into a pre-defined template, it doesn’t even need to fit into the same tailor-made template all day. We’re happy to put in place different scripts and different ways of handling your calls depending on the time of day or even day of the week!

During the night your business likely functions very differently, the way we support you can mirror this too. Perhaps you run on a reduced team, have ‘on call’ team members, or work with another business to manage emergencies or call-out visits.

Here are just a few some examples of how our out-of-hours service is currently being used by our customers:

  • Calls are patched directly through to an emergency team.
  • Calls are answered and correctly diverted to the relevant support team.
  • Calls are answered and a message with full details is sent via sms to an ‘on call’ team member.
  • Calls are answered and full details are emailed through to an emergency inbox to be picked-up by staff on their return.

We can handle your calls via an alternative method during the hours of your choosing, reverting to your standard call handling outside of these hours.
