Here’s what we classify as a cold call:
If a caller doesn’t ask for you or a member of your team by name, and instead asks for the person in charge of marketing, your website, stationery etc. we consider this a cold call and politely ask the caller to remove you from their marketing list and not call again.

You’re in control:
If you find that cold calls are still reaching you, it’ll be because they have your name, it’s then your responsibility to ask the caller to remove you from their marketing list and not call you again. Alternatively, feel free to drop us an email with their details and we’ll be happy to make an outbound call to them on your behalf. It’ll just be charged as one of your call credits, and it gets the job done quickly and effortlessly for you.
