Calls can be patched through to a mobile number, extension number, home landline, branch number or customer’s site. Our service will give you the confidence that each and every call is answered politely and professionally, and forwarded to the correct person to deal with it, no matter where they’re based. If the person can’t be reached we can take a message, emailing this message along with contact details so the call can be returned. Alternatively you can provide a hierachy of contact numbers to call should we not reach the required individual.
