We Don’t Offer Online Set-Up

We never expect the needs of your business to fit into a predefined template. By working with you, one-to-one, we can tailor the service we offer you, and in the process we’ll get to know you and your business. Our call agents will be equipped with a solid knowledge of your products and services, far superior to the sparse and basic details that will be available to agents based on just an online set-up.

Every Customer is Assigned an Account Manager
When you choose to use our service you’ll be assigned an account manager – this person works with you to tailor your service and work on your perfect script. This is someone you’ll know by name and be able to talk to whenever you have an enquiry or issue regarding your service. There’s no online forms you need to submit, no queues you need to join, no passing from person to person – just give us a call and ask for your account manager who will be happy to help.

We Work Hard to Select the Right Team
We put a great focus on recruiting the right team to handle calls for our customers, we offer full training for any position within our company, but from our experience we know that some things we just can’t train. We will only ever select people that have the right mindset to be a real attribute to our team. A positive ‘can-do’ attitude, friendly with a willingness to offer great service, a dedication to the role and appreciation for the important role they play in building the reputation of the businesses we support.

We Don’t Take Our Customers For Granted
We never take it for granted when our customers tell others about their positive experience using us. We recognise how valuable good comments and recommendations are when it comes to standing out from our competitors and growing our client base.
