£40 Refundable Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required when opening a Virtual Address account. This is held against any unpaid charges and is returned when your service ends, subject to your account being fully settled.

Mail Handling Charges

Mail handling charges apply when post is received and processed. Charges depend on whether your mail is forwarded, scanned and emailed, or stored for collection.

Postage Charges

Where mail is forwarded to you by post, Royal Mail postage charges apply in addition to the relevant handling fee.

Payment Options Chosen During Sign-Up

You can choose monthly or annual payment when completing the sign-up form. Annual plans are available for 1 year, 3 years or 5 years, with savings applied to longer terms.

Klarna payment options are available on annual plans, subject to approval.
