As part of your office address service we will hold a fully-refundable £40 security deposit on account. When you stop your service with us your security deposit will be automatically refunded back to you.

The following mail handling charges will apply depending on what you would like us to do with your post.

We apply a small charge for each item of mail that we receive and process for you; to sign-for (if necessary), identify, sort, insure whilst on the premises and prep for forwarding.

What's the minimum time I can have the address for?

The minimum contract term is 2 months.

Can I list your address with search engines like Google & Bing?

Your address can be listed online with Bing, Yell, Trustpilot etc, but following a recent Google update you can no longer list the address on your Google Profile.

{Google} If your business rents a physical mailing address but doesn’t operate out of that location, also known as a virtual office, that location isn’t eligible for a Business Profile.

Can I use your address with my bank or building society?

Yes you can.

Can I change how I want to receive my post?

Yes you can change how you have your post forwarded on to you at any time.

Why do you charge a security deposit?

If for any reason you stop paying for your service but have post remaining at the office, we must pay to have it securely destroyed at a cost of £40, therefore we hold a security deposit for this amount on your account whilst it remains active.

Can you notify me when post arrives?

Yes we can, you simply need to let us know that you’d like us to do this when you sign up for the address service.

Are there any items that I can't have sent to the address?

Apart from the obvious, we also ask that no large parcels are delivered without prior notice. We typically define large parcels as anything over 50cm (H) x 50cm (W) x 50cm (D).

Can I use the address if I'm not a Ltd Company?

Yes you can, we also accept individuals, sole traders, charities, religions and political parties.

Do I have to be based in the UK?

No you don’t, but if we deem your account to be high risk then as part of our HMRC anti-money laundering checks, we reserve the right not to approve a customers’ address service and instead issue them with a full refund.

What happens if a customer turns up at the address?

We will politely let them know that you aren’t in the office today, take a note of their contact details and notify you that they popped in.

How many different names can I receive post for?

We include up to three names per account at no extra cost.

If you would like more than three names, then additional names can be added for just £15 per month per additional name.

What if I need to register more than three names on the account?

You can purchase additional mailing names at £15 each per month.

How long does it take to setup my account?

You will receive an official welcome email within just a few minutes, after which you will be able to start using your virtual office address straight away.

The complete setup of your service can take from 4-8 hours however a customer will not usually be aware of this unless we require additional information from them.

Can I use your address straight away?

Yes, once you have signed up you can use our address immediately, however we will not be able to release any post until we have received your ID and proof of address documents, along with payment for your service.
