How do I divert my calls to you?
Your scriptwriter will talk you through all of the different options available and make sure that you know exactly how o divert your calls.
Do you record calls?
Not automatically since GDPR, but we can record all of your calls if you’d like us to.
Do you offer a 24/7 service?
Yes we do... and at no extra cost.
How do I pay for the service?
You pay for your call plan monthly in advance and any calls over your plan monthly in arrears. Payment can be made via debit or credit card, Direct Debit or Bank Transfer.
How do I make sure that I'm getting the best rate?
At the end of each month your account manager will look at your account to make sure that you’re on the most cost effective plan for you. If you aren’t then they’ll contact you about switching plans.
Am I tied in to a contract?
Not particularly... the first 30 days you can stop the service whenever you want, and after your first 30 days it’s just 2 months notice to stop your service at any time.
How do I cancel the service?
Just give us a call or send us an email... it’s that easy.
Is there a discount for a yearly service?
Yes. You automatically get 2 months free on our yearly service, with works out to about an 18% discount.
Do you offer any other discounts?
Yes but only if you're a UK registered charity or you're looking to open a second account with us, in which case you’ll automatically get 15% off the cost of your service.
