In order to comply with HMRC’s anti-money laundering regulations we are required to hold proof of address for each named person on the account, irrespective of how your mail is handled. Please note that address documents should be less than 3 months old, and must show the account holder’s name. We are unable to accept credit card statements or mobile phone statements/bills as proof of address.

Whether you would like your post forwarded on, scanned and emailed to you or stored for collection at a later date, the cost of your virtual office address stays exactly the same.

Security Deposit

As part of your office address service we will hold a fully-refundable £30 security deposit on account. When you stop your service with us your security deposit will be automatically refunded back to you.

The following mail handling charges will apply depending on what you would like us to do with your post.

We apply a small charge for each item of mail that we receive and process for you; to sign-for (if necessary), identify, sort, insure whilst on the premises and prep for forwarding.

Mail forwarding

If you would like your mail forwarded on to you by post, we will charge:

Letters – 95p + postage
Parcels/recorded delivery – £1.90 + postage

On months where post is forwarded the total minimum charge is £5.70.

Scan to email

If you would like your mail scanned and emailed to you, we will charge:

Per scanned page – 95p

On months where post is scanned and emailed the total minimum charge is £5.70.

Stored for collection

If you would like your mail stored for collection, we will charge:

Letters – 95p
Parcels/recorded delivery items – £1.90

On months where post is stored, the total minimum charge is £7.50.

If for any reason you stop paying for your service but have post remaining at the office, we must pay to have it securely destroyed at a cost of £30, therefore we hold a security deposit for this amount on your account whilst it remains active.

Yes we can, you simply need to let us know that you’d like us to do this when you sign up for the address service.

Apart from the obvious, we also ask that no large parcels are delivered without prior notice. We typically define large parcels as anything over 50cm (H) x 50cm (W) x 50cm (D).

Yes you can, we also accept individuals, sole traders, charities, religions and political parties.

No you don’t, but if we deem your account to be high risk then as part of our HMRC anti-money laundering checks, we reserve the right not to approve a customers’ address service and instead issue them with a full refund.

We will politely let them know that you aren’t in the office today, take a note of their contact details and notify you that they popped in.

All our business packages allow up to three names per account.

You can purchase additional mailing names at £4 each per month.

You will receive an official welcome email within just a few minutes, after which you will be able to start using your virtual office address straight away.

The complete setup of your service can take from 4-8 hours however a customer will not usually be aware of this unless we require additional information from them.

Yes, once you have signed up you can use our address immediately, however we will not be able to release any post until we have received your ID and proof of address documents, along with payment for your service.
