Provide us with an answering service that enables us to be always accessible to the public in spite of being a volunteer organisation run part-time. Prompt response when scripts need tweaking and if we need to query a message that’s been taken. Occasional blips with straying from the script or inaccuracy of message taking but always swiftly resolved.

The customer service is excellent and the staff are extremely well trained with accurate answering and message recording skills. Definitely a helping hand for any small business.
